We know how trying it can be to have your vehicle in the shop, and we strive to make your experience as painless as possible. That's part of the reason why we will repair vehicles of any make or model, in addition to Buicks, GMCs and Fords.
Our Collision Center specialists are trained to work on your vehicle, whether it be a major repair or a minor one. We do our best to keep you informed at every step of the process, making sure you are aware of exactly what is happening with your vehicle at all times. We find that customers feel more comfortable with their Collision Center experience when they can feel in control. And don't worry if you feel like you don't know enough of the 'technical terms' associated with vehicles. We will do everything in our power to give you complete answers about your vehicle and to ensure that you understand the repair process.
At Drive Autoworld Collision Center, we try to always use OEM parts, or Original Equipment Manufacturer's parts. That means we replace the parts on your vehicle with identical ones from the car, truck or SUV's manufacturer of origin. However, if your insurance company or you request something other than OEM parts, we also have access to a wide variety of aftermarket and/or used replacement parts for your convenience. We vow to work with your insurance company to ensure you get the highest quality collision repair for your vehicle.
